Payments, Cancellations, & Accessing Content
How will I be charged?
Your card on file will be charged every month on the same date. So if you sign up on April 1st your membership will renew on May 1st and so on. You can change or edit your card on file by simply logging into the website and complete the following steps:
- Log in to The Launching Lab Academy at www.thelaunching-lab.com
- Once logged in, click on the Subscriptions Tab in your dashboard.
- Scroll down to Payment Method and there you can change your payment method.
I signed up with a discounted monthly rate, will it ever change?
The amount that you signed up with will not change. You will be charged the exact amount for the lifetime of your membership.
Are there any refunds or exchanges?
No, there are no refunds or exchanges offered. You may not exchange your monthly fee for any other product or exchange any other product for the monthly fee.
Who do I contact for questions and concerns?
Send all of your inquiries regarding membership to info@thelaunching-lab.com. Please be sure to be very detailed in your requests.
How do I join the private Facebook group?
Simply send a request to The Launching Lab Academy FB Group. The private group hosts all of the challenges, accountability, feedback, questions, etc.
How long do I have access to the content in the membership?
Your membership is active as long as your monthly payments are successful. If you cancel your membership, or membership is cancelled for non payment you will lose all access to the content, and Facebook group.
